Services

Proven Memories provides photo booth rental services for private events, weddings, birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, corporate events, and related occasions. Service details, hours, features, and pricing will be confirmed in writing.

Booking and payment

A booking is not confirmed until the required retainer or deposit has been received. Remaining balances must be paid by the due date stated in your invoice or agreement.

Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide a safe setup area, reliable power access, and venue access as needed for setup and operation. Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, or misuse of equipment beyond normal operation.

Venue and event conditions

Proven Memories is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or reduced performance caused by venue restrictions, unsafe conditions, loss of electricity, internet failure, weather, or other causes outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Media use

Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, Proven Memories may use non-private event photos, booth setup photos, or related content for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proven Memories shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any liability related to booked services will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the affected services.
